Richard Gantlet, PhD, farms full time at Yatesbury House Farm and is a part time lecturer, Visiting Fellow, at University of Reading. The farm started organic conversion in 1998 and has been working biodynamically since 2004. Richard’s on farm doctoral research demonstrated their diverse ley and cereals farming system was storing carbon at a rate 2-3 times faster than difficult to achieve global targets (COP 21).
