Matthias van Alstein

Matthias van Alstein was born in Belgium in 1976. After attending a Waldorf school, he studied philosophy at the universities of Antwerp, Brussels, and Leuven and received a doctorate following his dissertation, “Listening to Being: Heidegger's Doctrine of the Logos.” In 2006, he studied at The Christian Community seminary in Hamburg. In 2010, he was ordained a priest and was sent to The Christian Community in Zeist, Holland. Rev. van Alstein is married and has two children.
